We are seeing the tolerance requirements in production constantly increase
and use high-resolution sensors to handle the CpK values.

Confocal sensors and wavefront-based measurement methods detect structures that are smaller than the wavelength of light, where conventional integrators often reach their limits. We encapsulate these measuring tasks in custom measuring cells, compensate for environmental influences and deliver the measuring equipment capability you need.

We use confocal sensors with a resolution of 0.1 µm. A few comparisons for perspective: A human hair has a diameter of 40 µm. A fountain pen in your hand at room temperature increases in size by 30 µm. The wavelength of green light is 0.5 µm.
