We put movement into precision special-purpose machinery.
We take mechatronics quite literally. Our machines are masterpieces of mechatronics, combining mechanical design, electronics and IT to deliver innovative solutions.
Our design process covers all aspects of mechanical design, electronics and IT. We use CAD to design precision mechanical assemblies and systems and FEM and CFD to simulate them. We design electronic circuit boards of any complexity that is required and integrate them into the mechanical components,
taking into account guides for every individual cable. Multiple microcontrollers control a range of tasks in your machine in real time, synchronised and coordinated centrally by a main computer.
Our software and algorithms bring each individual component and – ultimately – the entire machine to life, including user interfaces and connections to our customer's network.
